25 August, 2004 Extraordinary General Meeting Today Daniel Sachs, President of Proventus AB, was elected as a new Board Member. Bengt Ivarsson resigned, as he had announced before the extraordinary general meeting, from the Board of Directors. At the Statutory Board Meeting Daniel Sachs was elected Chairman of the Board. Åke Fredriksson, who until today been Chairman of the Board, will remain within the Board as regulary Board Member. << NEWS |
